What You'll Do
As a Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will have ownership of diversified personal injury docket while serving as a trusted advocate for your clients throughout their recovery journey.
- Building strong attorney-client relationships
- Evaluating liability, damages, and case value
- Developing effective case strategies
- Guiding clients through treatment and claim progression
- Negotiating with insurance carriers and opposing parties
- Collaborating with case managers, medical providers, and adjusters
- Resolving claims efficiently while maximizing client outcomes
- Working closely with our Litigation Team to transition cases when litigation becomes necessary, BUT with the potential opportunity to work choice cases through litigation
- Delivering exceptional client service and communication throughout the life of the case
Compensation
- Base Salary: $100,000 – 200,000 base

What You Bring
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active Colorado law license and good standing with the Colorado Bar
