What You’ll Do

• Represent clients in criminal defense matters, including DUI, misdemeanor, and felony cases 
• Develop and execute case strategy from intake through resolution or trial 
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and evidentiary challenges 
• Appear in court for hearings, negotiations, and trials 
• Conduct legal research and analyze case details to identify opportunities for defense 
• Communicate directly with clients, guiding them through complex and high-stress situations 
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff on case strategy and execution 

What We’re Looking For

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school 
• Active Arizona Bar license and in good standing 
• 2+ years of criminal defense experience 
• Strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills 
• Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail and strategy 
• Excellent legal writing, research, and communication skills 
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset
