Lateral Associate - Corporate - Capital Markets (NY)

We are seeking associates in law school class years 2021 to 2023 to join our Capital Markets team. Candidates should have extensive capital markets experience with US securities offerings.

The annual compensation range for this position is between $235,000 and $310,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
