Lateral Associate -Technology Transactions (NY)

We are seeking an associate in law school class years 2020 through 2023 to join our Technology Transactions practice. The ideal candidate will have experience advising clients on a broad base of commercial technology contracts, including data center agreements, supply agreements, logistics and distribution agreements and contract manufacturing agreements.

The annual compensation range for this position is between $260,000 â $390,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
