Of Counsel â Tax (DA)
We are seeking an experienced tax attorney to join our firm as Of Counsel with a primary focus on securitization and structured finance transactions, including aircraft leasing, investment funds, and real estate structures. This role is ideal for an attorney with deep technical knowledge, strong transactional experience, and the ability to serve as a strategic advisor to clients and internal deal teams. The Of Counsel attorney will work closely with our structured finance, aviation, funds, and real estate practices to provide sophisticated tax planning and execution support across complex domestic and cross-border transactions.
The annual compensation range for this position is between $470,000 and above. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
