Immigration Attorney

Harter Secrest & Emery LLP, a top-ranked 120+ lawyer firm in upstate New York, is seeking an attorney to join our national business immigration practice in the firm’s Rochester, Buffalo or Albany office. Broad experience in employment-based cases including labor certifications, EB-1 petitions, nonimmigrant visa petitions and J-1 waiver applications preferred. Candidates with three to seven years of experience will be considered. Excellent writing, client service and case management ability required. Enthusiasm for client service and initiative are essential.

As of this posting, the estimated annual base salary range for this position is $130,000 – $170,000. Actual base salary will be based upon criteria such as experience, qualifications and skill level. We are an EEO Employer.*
