HSE is seeking a senior finance attorney with at least six years of experience for the firm’s Rochester or Buffalo office. Experience with negotiating credit and security agreements and M&A financing preferred. Candidates must have excellent drafting and negotiation skills and a strong academic background.
As of this posting, the estimated annual base salary range for this position is $159,000 – $192,000. Actual base salary will be based upon criteria such as experience, qualifications, and skill level. We are an EEO Employer.*
