Corporate Attorney

HSE is seeking a corporate attorney with at least four years of significant transactional experience for the firm’s Rochester or Buffalo office. The ideal candidate will have meaningful experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and/or corporate restructuring, capital raising, and general corporate matters. Candidates must have excellent drafting and negotiation skills and a strong academic background. Candidates should have experience taking leading roles in transactional projects, managing multiple deals and workstreams and managing internal and external relationships in those contexts.

As of this posting, the estimated annual base salary range for this position is $138,000 – $170,000. Actual base salary will be based upon criteria such as experience, qualifications and skill level. We are an EEO Employer.*
