Corporate/Tax Associate

Porter Wright has an opportunity for a Corporate/Tax Associate in the Columbus, Ohio office to handle federal and state tax matters, assist in corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, as well as review and analyze tax returns and financial statements. An LLM in Taxation is preferred but not required.

Qualifications include:

• Two plus years of relevant tax experience in a law firm or CPA firm
• Strong research and writing skills
• Strong understanding of federal income tax, state and local tax, partnership taxation and corporate tax principles
• Must be admitted to the practice of law
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
