Taft is seeking a team-oriented associate to join its Employment and Labor practice group in the Cincinnati office.

Taft is seeking an associate with 1-4 years of experience to join its comprehensive Employment and Labor Relations practice group. The ideal candidate will have experience with, or a desire to focus on, traditional management-side labor law and occupational safety and health. Experience in wage and hour collective and classic actions would be a plus. Candidates should have exceptional academic and professional credentials, along with superior research, writing, analytical, and verbal communication skills.
