Technology Transaction Associate - New York

Vinson & Elkins is seeking associates with 3–4 years (classes 2022-2023) of experience to join our Technology Transactions team in New York. Strong candidates will have experience with some or all of the following: commercial transactions, data privacy, intellectual property, artificial intelligence, and sophisticated transaction support including M&A and Financings. Experience with drafting and negotiating standalone licensing and software development agreements preferred. Strong academic credentials required. The annual base salary ranges from $260,000 to $310,000. Salary determinations are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to, year classification, graduation year, skills, and experience level.
