Mid-Level Associate: Tax

The New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP is seeking to hire an associate for our Tax Practice. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant work experience with significant transactional experience including M&A tax work. Candidates must be admitted to practice in New York and have excellent credentials. 

Associate Salary: The base salary for associate positions is $225,000 to $435,000, depending upon class year.
