Ann Arbor – Corporate Associate (Junior)

We are searching for a junior associate to join our Corporate group in our Ann Arbor office. The ideal candidate would have experience representing start-ups and emerging growth companies, working on seed and venture capital financings, and mergers & acquisitions.

We are seeking a motivated, team-oriented, and collaborative attorney who is excited about working with clients in the start-up and venture capital ecosystem.

Job Requirements:

• JD 2023-2024
• Previous large law firm experience required.
• Current license to practice in any U.S. state and in good standing is required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are highly valued.

Salary Range:

• $235,000 - $260,000
