Associate Attorney – Mortgage Foreclosure
Position Overview:We seek an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Florida foreclosure department on our Uncontested team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and court documents.
- Manage files from first Legal drafting/complaints through foreclosure sale.
- Represent clients in court, including trials, hearings, and depositions.
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and legal advice.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to deliver top-notch legal services.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida State Bar.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in foreclosure.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Proven track record in handling litigation from inception to trial.
- Familiarity with LPS/Black Knight and Tempo.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
