Haynes and Boone is seeking an associate with 4-5 years of experience to join the Mergers & Acquisitions/Private Equity Group in our Houston office. Experience should include mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate law. Candidates should have top academic credentials and should enjoy working with others in a team-oriented setting. Prior work experience at an AmLaw 100 Firm, or similar, is preferred.
