Attorney Integration Specialist
The Attorney Integration Specialist coordinates comprehensive orientation and onboarding programs for newly hired Associates and lateral Shareholders. This includes facilitating mentor and peer advisor assignments, managing introductory meetings with key stakeholders, coordinating follow-up touchpoints to support successful integration, and identifying development or engagement needs. This role serves as the primary point of contact to guide attorneys through the various phases of onboarding and integration while facilitating the development of integration plans. The Specialist collaborates with Practice Group Leaders and Office Managing Shareholders to ensure continuity with integration plans and brings ideas and feedback to firm leaders on improvements to the integration process.
Qualifications include Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of three years' law firm experience. Strong project management skills are required, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent onboarding processes while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with attorneys at all levels and to collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders. The ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment is critical. Must be able to travel as needed.
