Associate - Asset Based Finance

Description

Our client, a highly regarded Am Law 200 law firm, is actively seeking a Transactional Associate with 2–6 years of experience to support its expanding practice. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, financing, and general business matters, with the opportunity to work directly with clients and play a key role in complex deal execution.

Requirements:

• 2–6 years of transactional law firm experience
• Experience at an Am Law 120 firm preferred
• Background in asset-based financing or a similar transactional practice
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Active admission to the New York State Bar
