Capital Markets Associate (2+ Years) - New York, NY Office

Cadwaladerâ s Capital Markets Department is seeking an associate with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our Charlotte office. Candidates should have experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents related to commercial mortgage loan securitizations, including pooling and servicing agreements, offering documents, mortgage loan purchase agreements, certificate purchase agreements, placement agency agreements, legal opinions and related contracts.  Candidate should have experience managing the closing process for complex transactions. Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, teamwork, a solid work ethic, and a proactive sense of ownership over their responsibilities.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $260,000 to $390,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, and, if applicable, the location from which the applicant will be performing the job.
