Snell & Wilmer seeks to hire an associate with four to six years of experience in Labor and Employment law. The successful candidate should have substantive knowledge of OSHA law and experience litigating OSHA cases. Drafting motions and conducting legal research will be required. The candidate should also be comfortable attending hearings and making court appearances, including trial work. Excellent academic and writing skills are expected. Arizona Bar required.
