Dentons’ US Trusts, Estates and Wealth Preservation team provides the seasoned advice that enables clients to achieve goals, to protect their wealth now and to preserve it for beneficiaries in the future. Our team utilizes several hundred years of combined experience in this specialty to provide sophisticated, customized advice, and to prepare appropriate documents. Our experience includes trust and estate planning and administration, business succession planning, fiduciary accounting issues, will contests, contested accountings, guardianship matters, pre and post-marital agreements, charitable planning and estate and trust-related litigation.

The New York office of Dentons US LLP is seeking an attorney with excellent academic credentials and 3-8 years of legal experience to join our Trusts, Estates and Wealth Preservation practice. The attorney hired for this position will work with 15+ trusts and estates lawyers, para-professionals and fiduciary accountants as a member of the firm's New York/New Jersey Trusts, Estates and Wealth Preservation Group. Expected responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

Drafting sophisticated estate/trust planning, administration, tax and litigation-related documents

Dealing with legal issues, including tax-related issues, related to the planning and administration of estates and trusts

Providing tax and other trust/estate-related research and writing

Performing international estate and trust planning and administration
